Salka Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
Note: If you choose to ship the product using a third-party courier or freight forwarder, Salka does not provide warranty or responsibility for damage that occurs during transit through such services.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives physically damaged or defective. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Product
If the product delivered does not match the order or is missing components. -
Change of Mind (Applicable for Select Products Only)
If you no longer require the product or it does not meet your expectations, provided it is unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method as communicated by our team.
